Hi @ultraphoennix. Elements and Photoshop are both excellent programs. Elements is the less expensive consumer version of Photoshop and contains most of the features the average person might use. If you plan to edit photos and make composite images, such as scrapbook pages, brochures, or posters, Elements is great. If you do professional work or want to use more advanced features, like masking, actions, or smart objects, you'll need Photoshop, which will cost about 6x more.

I loved this video. Shame I just purchased PSE 7.0! There are elements here that aren't in 7.0 apparently. Great Video
