this is a great tribute and I think the aesthetics really capture the times in the late 60's-early 80's when Marc Bolan was becoming " Marc Bolan of T Rex".

The extended version of Electric Warrior has an interview in which Marc goes on and on about how all he wants to do is be fair to his fans and give them something extra out of appreciation for their appreciation for his music. Whether it's a free show or a poster, he makes it sound like he's always struggling to get away with doing good when they just want him to think about money. Now they want to sacrifice a new generation of fans just for their own greed.

i started using the tube and its great that his fans are willing to share with others at this moment for some reason my videos are being taken off l this to me is a shame because I'm not out to sell or make profit just share Marc's music and i think people who listen will and do go out and buy the music its a shame that the greed of people who are more than likely not even fans always want to stop tributes such as this instead of promoting the music they say they own the rights to

There is no way Marc would want this. The copywriters insult him and they ought to be ashamed. Download the extended version of The Slider for the original and a great acoustic version of the song. Honour his memory by never paying for his music. They're the last people we need to help us keep his memory alive.

Youtube carries a mere fraction of Marc's work ( and there is tons here)..

Since hooking up with youtube for T.rex stuff, I have spent a lot of money buying full versions of the albums and Dvds.. No one here at Youtube made even a poxy cent!

If it had not been for Youtube I probably would not have have been motivated. Am I alone?

I have also spent a lot of money on things I wouldn't have had as big of an interest in if I didn't have a lot of time to get into it for free.

I've also downloaded tonnes of music I never would have purchased but after enjoying it have ended up buying more CDs, DVDs, t-shirts, tickets or whatever. Not to mention the great help I've been to the manufacturers of blank CD-Rs and my ISP.

I have a great appreciation for artists.
