is this game worth getting? can someone tell me another game its simmilar to or some aspects of the game. for example do you get to choose the armor/weapons of your troops and yourself. do you purchase larger platoons and more men. is it freeform?

@hitfan01 This is a Mod for the actual game "Mount&Blade", there is another game (Which i see as an expansion to Mount&Blade) Mount&Blade:Warband. As i said they charge you 20-25$ 1 time purchase. You can play Online fights, In single player campaign as you progress you can purchase gear for you and a few comrades which you can hire in the "Inn's" you can buy gear for them but not your whole army.

Your army gains experience and level's after major battles which there gear is freely given to them.

All in all, Purchase Mount&Blade: Warband if you want to play this era of gameing. It'd be a complete waste of y our money to purchase the first because as i said, They claim it is a "Completely Different Game"> Oh ya a different game with the same title ;]

The vid wasnt that good as I hoped...I got Barbarian invasion (the game not in M&B) I dont think it looks anything like that exept the armor -.-
