This isn't new. Someone else did the "special effects" + "anime music" also.

My favorite's Jupiter even though the very end is cut off. Her music is so jazz!

I seriously thought the Sailor Moon BG music was gonna end before the SM clip did. xD

they're called sailor senshi, or literally translated, sailor soldiers. there is no such thing as a sailor scout the english version is wrong.

The themes used here were the original Japanese themes, and the fact that the US dub didn't have them until the S season was because of the dubbing changing over from DiC to Cloverway. If you go and buy the subtitled series, Cloverway is WAY closer to the original Japanese than DiC ever could be. DiC destroyed Sailor Moon, the original anyway.

On another note, I loved PGSM's storyline. It feels a little like Power Rangers but if you watch it all the way through you'll like it.

Only thing I did not like the live action was Usagi's hair NOT BLOND... Mina's NOT BLOND, Ami's NOT BLUE like in the musicals and anime ^^ They should just dye their hair in that colors. I mean everyone in Japan has black or darkbrown hair.

I have to say, I forget WHEN they started using that music for the transformations, but THAT is when it went downhill for me, in the US versions, cause not only is the music cheesy, but it just doesnt give that excitement like the old transformation music did, like when serena or mars would transform...great music, but man, just cheesy...lol also when they changed serenas voice from a fitting actress, to one who sounded like tara reid.

I think, overall, the transformations are pretty good. The only thing I don't like is a. Sailor Moon's hair when she's transforming and b. the very beginning of all the sailor Senshi transformations when they cross their hands and their nail polish appears

Absolutely the worst transformations. making live action out of anime is really hard and generally shouldn't be tried, it just ends up being lam and corny. I loved sailor moon as a kid though but havent seen the original jap version so if anyone knows where i can see it let me know
