Never take whales for fish - about the only thing they´ve got in common is body shape - and their habitat.

I have watched all of the "killer whale attacks" on you tube. Not "ONE" of them, are of an Orca attacking a person. They are getting frisky and letting off some steam. @jimsms that's because the majority of the whales are born and raised in captivity and therefore are more likely to be nice towards humans as they're seen as family. No animal 'belongs' in captivity but I keep all kinds of things. I've got birds of prey. And they're very happy. They have large aviaries. The tanks at sea world are ENORMOUS. Any dolphin would enjoy living there.

Not to mention the fact that they know the risks when they enter the tank. Although seaworld may save animals common sense tells you, you cannot raise a 3 ton mammal to your liking, ever. Personally I blame them. Not to mention seaworld has limited trainer to whale contact substainally. In the end they keep them knowing without a doubt now that the Orca's can and just might attack, it's the persons risk you cannot blame the animal for it's nature nor the people for doing what they think is ok.

In all honesty what do the people at seaworld expect? What do Orca's eat? Seals and peguins, the are in giant black wets suits, swimming with them and smelling generally like a sardine no matter what affection the animals has it's bound to attack at one point or another. I mean hell it's like an oversized dinner for them! Plus no matter how big the tank is, it is not in fact an ocean. Period. Unless born in captivity these animals cannot always agust, no matter how tame they are still wild.
