La verdad es q no me gusta como suena..

No hay matices ni se distinguen los fuertes de los pianos.. La percusión no respeta nada los matices y encima hay desequilibrio en los ritmos como por ejemplo le pasa a la caja..

Por cierto esta noche tocare esta obra con mi banda la municipal de Puerto Real y ns dirigira Jacob de Hann en persona, es la primera vez q viene a España, y ademas estrenaremos una obra nueva suya..

Along the way, I have to say that I myself are an amateur, too, but also amateurorchestras are able tohave an intonation.

I agree on your evidence, that the most important thing in making music together is HAVING FUN.

But I think, it's still more fun, if there's a great performance at the end.

Maybe you wanna have a look on some other amateur or semi-professional bands: "SBO Ried" for a very good band from Austria or

"Ulmer Knabenmusik" for "my" German B.

I think this video is horrible to look (and especially to listen to.) There are lots of wrong tones, nothing that I would call an intonation. Please listen to the originalrecording: "The Windmusic of Jacob de Haan, Vol.3". This is a wonderful Recording. But bravissimo to the saxophpone-soloist in the lyric midsection.

OK, I am able to write in English and I play in this band, let me explain: We have all listened to the original recording of this piece, whatsmore we're practically all amateur musicians so, please don't compare us to the proffesional recording...we simply have a good time playing together so whats all the fuss??!!

desde mi punto de vista bastante bien...Pero creo ke le falta un poco mas de viento-madera o equilibrar mas el metal y la percusion con la madera...o tambien sera porque no se oye muy bien y no se aprecia bien...
