@godsflame2 We'd say it's more like Coconut "Butter." Similar to an almond or peanut butter. Made from the Whole Coconut flesh. Nothing else added. Just like with high-quality nut butters, the oil rises to the top and needs to be mixed back into the product before use.

Coconut Manna is essentially Coconut Butter, but a little bit creamer than most Coconut Butters on the market. Coconut Oil is Oil.

Manna is made with the entire meat of the coconut.

@vegmeout69 You can't make Coconut Milk using Coconut Oil, it will come out as Coconut Water. Coconut Oil is already refined.
