I suggest you not assume that i didn't watch the whole thing just because i don't see it as proper dance. i used to do gym and i was at the 2nd highest level, (level 2), and i started doing gymnastics at 7 for 3 years stopped doing it at 10 it really hurt my back and starting forcus on football (soccer).
