  • well done. hard work pays off

  • It does look like he slows down and stays on the ground a bit too long for the step and loses momentum. Maybe needs to work on explosive muscles in the calves.

  • NIce work scoobs

  • Great work man, try more speed on you aproach to the rim. If you tranfer the energy right you will get a little higher. Check out may latest vid, you will see what I mean. I honestly don't think it take that long to improve one's vert. You just have to train correctly. You have made good progress. Keep it up. You obviously have to strength, so focus on the plyos. As you progress add weighted plyos and focus all on one leg plyo/training (box, pistols, etc), and your 2 lg jump will improve!

  • Is this a standard 10 ft rim?

  • good stuff BIY

  • Nice work Scooby.

With your commitment it won't be long now before you dunk a full size ball.

Only bit of constructive criticism is that I noticed you doing static stretching before jumping. I think it is better to do dynamic stretching. I'm not an expert on it but if you google it you will find lots of articles.

Keep going man, look forward to your next vid.

  • awesome video man!

the blood from rim is kinda lame , not just in this vid , in any jump/dunk vid , but even with this the video is still awesome! :D

    keep up the hard work...

  • GREAT!!!

  • Nice vid Scooby. Clips and editing are very cool. It looks like you are jumping better than ever. You will dunk soon, you deserve it man!

  • Hard work pays off...you get what you put in. Congratulations man!!

  • awesome video man, loved the song & how you edited it.. that last jump was so sick.. keep this up and you will get those dunks, you are back on track and jumping great right now..

as for those depth drops, try to look straight ahead, it'll help with your posture in the landing.. plus you don't look down when you plant for doing a running jump.

thanks alot for the shoutout, i really appreciate it man..

    keep it up scoob!

  • @adarqui Yeah he compressed into the ground a LOT better on that, got lower as well in the plant so more ROM... he actually looked reactive to me on some of the jumps - plant and immediately jump with good load.
