  • I'm a huge fan of Al Bowlly's and I would love to hear more of his restored songs if that is possible. Thank you letting us hear what one would have at the Cafe de Paris in London.

  • This has the makings of a typically off- the- wall Dr Who episode- sinister android dance orchestra in a space and time travelling ballroom. No, seriously, hats off to you for a really original and inventive piece- love to see how it develops, and I never knew that young Cliff Richard did Al Bowlly covers, either!

  • To Whom It May Concern:

I have attempted to make a happiness pie however I am unable to obtain the necessary ingredients. My deepest apologies for this failure. Thank you for your time.

  • I still think the 'Roger Ruskin Spear' version was the best....IMO.

  • I only spend a few hours a week making videos for youtube. I used Daz Studio to create the 3D animations. It's easy.

  • @davidglow3 My goodness, you really are a vile, nasty piece of work

  • Just love this song and version-excellant transfer too.

  • Well done, especially that audio mix.

And "eerie" isn't a bad thing. Such totally happy-wappy lyrics, but the singer shows no emotion ? = cool.

  • Al Bowlly always shows emotion in his work. Ray Noble even recalled a few times where Al finished a romantic song and turned from the mic with a tear in his eye.

  • Marvellous. Vocalist looks a bit like Chick Henderson!

  • ....very entertaining.....!

  • The quality of the recording is very good and I liked your video. I can tell you put a lot of time into it. I dont mean this derogatory; but, something about it is a little eerie. Great work though and I gave it 5 stars!

  • No more eerie than your typical cartoon. Even computer animation can be a challenge - for a beginner using a free application, this is really rather good.

  • Where have you gotten all this marvelous music

  • I LOVE THE BASS TREATMENT IN THIS SEXIE SONG!!!!!!!! Nice Video I LOVE This!

  • Great video, and nice smooth version of a song that really sounds much better if played fast and up tempo.

  • Great song and love your animation!

  • How can I make a 3d animation cartoon of my self, with friends in it???

  • Bonzo Dog Band did this song in the 70's, didn't they?

  • Sorta.

It was actually on Roger Ruskin Spear's magnificent post-Bonzo L.P. "Electric Shocks".

Buy a copy on CD, sit back, smile and have a nice slice of Happiness Pie!

  • Wonderful animation! Every detail is perfect (only the Trumpet solo, the Trumpet is muted)!

  • I love this number, and the animation brings it to life!

  • magnificent

  • Incredible well done! Love music from this era. But your

animation is great! - Thanks - Cortlandt

  • I must say knowing a little about animate for you to create such detail in this, is simply outstanding. Bravo

  • Very entertaining music and animation.

  • I´ve never seen something like that before... good work!! Thanks.

  • Al Bowlly had such a great voice. Love to listen to him. Thanks Aaron.

  • Sorry, I mispelled "it".

  • This is getting under my skin. I love the 30s. I reminds me of Dr. Phibes. In a good way.

  • Since watching this video, I haven't been able to get this song out of my head!! It's so catchy! Thanks for posting this, the animation is brilliant.

  • Great song Aaron, and the video is awesome!

  • Wonderful song. Amazing technology. So apropos for the times. Very disturbing.

  • Thanks Aaron, you just get better! The possibilities of this new software are endless. Can't wait to see your next effort.

  • Another fantastic video!

  • I know it's just an animation but the lead singer is REALLY HOT! 5*****

  • Good che

  • 5/5 ^__^

  • Great song !

  • Your trumpet solo needs a mute!! I know you are a work in progress... I just think these are kind of creepy looking!!! I want him to breath and move more as he's singing!!

Over all I love the visual... the spot light, the palms... very elegant!

  • I love that you post this stuff. Thank you so much. And I bet you work really hard on the animation. But I have to say, honestly, the animation seems really robotic and creepy. I'd be happy just watching a victrola spinning. :-) Either way, thank you for your efforts.

  • It's like watching the old "Carousel of Progress" at Walt Disney World! And of course its especially creepy since all these performers are long dead, I'm sure...Singer looks like Chris Reeve...

  • I don't like that kind of animation.

  • This is a great recipe for the new year's...5*
