@tokiswartooths maybe a little bit, dry skin brushing is only done on the body... it doesn't burn for me it just removes dead skin cells. Maybe just be software with it if it burns like that.
@acneerasingsecrets Also what is your opinion on clothes irritating the skin and causing breakouts? Do you know of the kinds of clothes that do this? I've heard tight clothing definitely doesn't help but I like tight clothing! lol Thanks.
@tokiswartooths it can and could for some people for body acne, unless you wear something on your face it's less likely... but for body/back acne I would recommend 100% organic cotton or hemp clothing... these are the most natural so they wouldn't irritate the skin. I'll have to make a vid abt this!
@shawna476 Facial moisturizer? for that I recommend the "acne facial day cream" I made a video about it so just search it on youtube... as far as body moisturizer that's a good question! Anything that is natural and has natural ingredients really.
I'm a Have moderate body acne and it isn't to bad but it's not like oh wow she has such clear skin how lovely. I'm a also a swimmer and I know that the chemicals( I swim in a pool) in the water probably contribute to my problem. Any thoughts on what I could do? Or anything else for that matter. Thanks alot!!
@LolaAndLexi That's a great question... yes the chemicals in the pool can cause problems. Chlorine filled pools do not help... now it it was the ocean on the other hand then it would be better b/c salt water really cleanses the skin really well. As far as swimming in a chlorine pool, just to take a shower after wards and I wouldn't sit around soaking in it... It kinda sucks if that's your only option though. Thanks for your compliments! :)
You say that body acne is still acne but what about cystic acne and boils? Can they be treated the same way? I've read that most ance on the buttocks especially is more likely a carbuncle not a pimple...is that true and if so how do you tell the difference and how would you recommend treating/preventing it?
@dkatiebrown Yep, I recommend still working on eating a balanced nutritious diet and to use things like apple cider vinegar... clay's, mud masks etc... Taking sea salt baths are great for body acne (or any skin condition) and drinking plenty of spring or purified water... watch "drinking water to clear skin" video. All of this will help heal the skin and acne wherever it is on the body... or any other skin condition for that matter.
@emacwakeup Thanks! A nail brush might be too rough b/c it's made for nails which are tougher than your skin... I would just get a skin brush b/c they are pretty cheap and last forever.
@matix525 I don't recommend it, it's not natural. Google the ingredients with the word "safe" or "swallowed" after each ingredient and you'll see why I don't recommend it. I don't recommend any big brand name really, only natural products because they work best.
@thisisnotjustinhi Yes! for sure, I recommend taking sea salt baths in warm water... this sea salt does a great job healing, cleansing and exfoliating the skin all at once.
The American Institute Of Advanced Medicine can help! They have over 25 years experience and over 90% success rate for a varity for skin disorders including cystic acne check out theaiam.com their protocols really work!!
Their medication is FDA approved with no side effects! ** Not a scam!
@xxxemmaroxxx I haven't, but I don't recommend the neutrogena brand because they have parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate or propylene glycol in their products and I don't recommend any products with any of those ingredients. I recommend a natural product that has natural ingredients... Anything natural is better then something that has those ingredients b/c they aren't good for your skin and are just temporary acne treatments... treating doesn't cure acne :) Thanks for the comment!
@kevin2341000 Yep, I made a few videos specifically for this. one is called something like "recommended acne shampoo" and the other is "recommended acne treatment skin care products" Hope that this helps! You can search for those videos on my channel page by clicking "search" then typing in those terms... Hope this helps! Thanks for the question.
actually, tap water has flouride which is good for your teeth. i've done research on bottle water and i learned hat some are just tap water repackaged, which is not regulated at all.
@heroaddict1 Fluoride is not good for your teeth, that's a myth.... This is a huge scam... The fluoride in water is "Sodium fluoride" which is bad for you... "Calcium fluoride" is what is ok for teeth in small amts but it's not the same fluoride! Research these two... it's really interesting. Thanks for the comment!
@415gonzo Really the same advice from this video... but also look for my "How to get rid of acne scars - amazon herb" video... This will share with you why I recommend sagre de drago and a link to the product that I used for my scars... Thanks for the comment! :)
@ADIctedToBeauty I don't have that so i'm really not sure.... sounds about the same... Does it look the same? b/c if it looks just like this skin brush then i would say it is... or is it one of those rounded brushes with a whole in the middle? These seem to be used in the shower more...
I actually love this idea i have body acne myself nothing too severe but its an issue where i would like to take my shirt off and not feel embarressed. The apple cider vinegar and spray bottle im going to do and how about some suggestions on what products would be good to cleanse the body?
@SoFreshSoClean81 There are several things you can do.... I'll make a video talking about Internal cleansing for clearing up acne... hopefully within the next week so watch for it!
@saphiredewdrop No water, you use the skin brush against your dry skin.... I'll probably be making another video about skin brushing specifically so be on the lookout for it!
Please take a sec to hit the "like" button! Share, comment, favorite and subscribe! I want to hear your feedback... give me ideas for future videos and I will make them just for you! :) Thanks!
