They say after you get all the codex pages and near the end about how some of the countries are not discovered. The reward is much more then just the map. I though the same thing at first though until I got to the end of the game and seen.

@Laurie595 I found the same problem. Thought everything was in the exact position as it should be, some pages look as if they are in the right place, but you have to look very very closely to see if they aren't. Well at least that's what happened to me.

Well....The codex was finished in the 1200's and even in 1476 there was no map in existance of the entire planet....and nobody knew about north and south america....and look what two undiscoverd continents are on that map.....if you think about it for a while you realize it could be a major thing in the plot for revalations

I didnt have any problem solving this, but nothing happened when I put the last one in place, some distant music was playing so i figured something was going to happen but nothing did... And now i cant turn the codexpages, so theyre obviously in place...

@cawialm that 30 page will needed for a quest, and if you don't have all the 30 you can't enter to that room so you need to search them

Actually at the end of the game u need to use the apple with the map and it does something, i dont remember cuz its been over three months since i beat the game but there is a reason behind the map on the codex pages

The 7 continents in all reality have little to do with Ezio, besides the closes 'Vault' . Remember, Altair created the codex and he had access to a Piece of Eden... as such he likely made this so that future assassins could track down vaults(if he entirely knew what they were himself) if need be. I'm not aware of templars being able to use eagle vision, so it stands to reason that Altair would have done this as an 'assassin only' treasure map.

By the way the "puzzle took me about 30 seconds to solve myself :P. Just use "universal rules of puzzles" meaning first always set the corners and the sides and than fill entrance accordingly.

Actually it's one of the easiest puzzles in the game :).

go 2 uplay and use ur points to unlock it- the tombs unlock altair's ARMOUR (most powerful in the game) but u don't look like him. Uplay has the COSTUME to unlock so u can look like him. Sign up 4 Uplay by pressing the correct button on the root menu. (For xbox- the button is the "Y" button)

And finally you have unlocked memories of Ezio. Great rewards in any case.

@Slayer5779 Well once you get to the final memories and you don't have all the codex pages when it becomes time to put them on the wall you will not be able to (of course) but you will be given a map for when you press back (or whatever button you use to see the map) you should see little pages these are codex pages and it will show where everyone of them are.

hey for EVERYONE who cant figure out the problem while having all codex pages. try this: at 5:19 he turn off eagle vision, at that moment pause the video and look at the pages, you'll see that the on every page, a corner is black. and now the easy part. just make em the same as in the video but whitout eagle vision. :)
