It's not a reflection on glass and it sure as hell isn't a UFO. The BBC green screen all of their anchors. This newsreader is sitting in front of a green screen and the image of the city is put on afterwards. These literally could have been a couple of flies in the studio. Anything that moves in front of a green screen shows up very obviously. As for them being translucent, this is easily explained with frame rate, motion blur and interlacing.
The camera would be on a low frame capture rate and so an insect or bird flying across the lense appears as a "rod". Google flying rods, the effect is explained on other sites.
There are actually 3 streaks the two in the middle but there is also one after a few seconds in the bottom left corner lmao its not a blooming bird its the reflection of a camera man or someone in the studio's reflection on the glass hahahaaa OMG I can even begin to think about it being something else and i do know theres some things flying about that we cant even contemplate but man this is sooo much like a reflection speed and all

Could have been some of those rod creatures.
Once when I was in school I saw 1 go into a drain that never existed, yet I saw the drain and the Rod.
I went to see if the drain was there and I couldn't see it anywhere, I must have entered into another dimension for a few seconds.
