  • This and Pet Cream Man have some of my all time fave blues lyrics,"demonic" is how they're described on the Muskadine (long OOP) LP Ive got that has these JB Chance sides.Got to see him live a few times..this is probably up here on YT already, but JB was also the uncle of Lil Ed Williams. leader of the Blues Imperials.

  • JB was a gracious man. He signed my 78 copy of Combonation Boogie and really appreciated the interest, us young people, had in his music. 30+ years later I am so happy I got to see him. Thank you for posting this classic. JB should be required listening for anyone who wants to know about or play the blues.

  • Can You Please Post The Flip,"Pet Cream Man"?

  • Just great! I've been listening to this since 1967 (I bought it on a great album compiled by Mike Rowe in the U.K., Post-War Blues) but it's still very enjoyable.

    Thanks for posting this.

    Best wishes from the u.K.

  • Thanks guitarandharp. I definitly appreciate your thoughtful and informed comments on my postings.
