nice mullet dude has who mentioned the fellas' adding such diversity to their music and putting it into a big stew pot and "flushing it all out...," which wasn't the best choice of words, and angelo was all over that...ANYWAY, the party at ground zero video seems like a slightly different version than the one i've seen....i could be wrong since it's been awhile. either way i don't comprehend how many people always say "i wish fishbone would get back together..." they never broke up!!!
Hilarious, these days youd have that answer in 2 seconds with the interweb. I did see them last march, only orig members where Angelo, Norwood and Walter. Walter seemed REALLY bored that night. But they still WORKED it esp Angelo, bless em doin that all these years. Walter, hey people have bad days, saw him years ago and was in a MUCH lighter mood. Such is life I suppose.
I saw these guys about 8 years ago in Lancaster PA. Angelo and Norwood are some of the most down to earth guys you'll ever meet. After the show they had drinks at the bar with everyone else and just chatted. They were very tired (especially Angelo) but they still found time to socialize with the audience. Pretty cool.
I like Fishbone, and they are still at . It sucks they didnt get as big as they deserved. Very underrated, but they dont give a shit, they keep going, thats what I like about them.
The fact that they didn't get so big, in no small part, fuels the passion that the Familyhood has for this awesome band. I have seen them over twenty times and I love the intimacy that the small venues afford the hard core fans like me.
In November, I my wife and I took our 16 year old daughter to the Agora in Cleveland to see the Bone and I got to introduce her to Angelo Moore.
I doubt that could happen at a Nickelsuck arena show.
@TheKJFegan I totally agree with you! They've created the strangest most surreal experience bridging the famous and the fans anyone could NEVER expect. To be a fan is a privilege. I chat with Dirty Walt, Norwood, Fish, on facebook! The dudes are cool as fiya. You have to wonder if they even realize that they are legends.

The Reality of My Surroundings is one of the best albums in rock history. It ranks up there with Sgt Peppers and Physical Graffiti.
