Goats in nature can do amazing acrobatics so I do not doubt that a goat can be trained to do what this goat is doing without too much effort on behalf of the trainer...just give the goat some reward like food and the goat will do this trick and others in a breeze...yes there instances when animals are abused but I do not think this is one of those cases...goats are very smart too and can do things that will drop your mouth from amazement...

Now how do you know that? Honestly. monkey's do stupid shit all the time and that ram isn't a form of domestication over time. It may have been bred domestic but it's built to climb steep heights and scale ledges about the size of that "tight rope". As a goatkeeper of many years I can tell you that it is a DOMESTIC goat NOT a wild one! If you watch both animals carefully you can see that neither are enjoying the experience. God knows how many times the poor animal has fallen or been beaten for its troubles.
