If you don't have much success with that perk setup. I'd recommend flak jacket and Tac mask pro. Because Nuketown is such a cluster, there's gonna be a lot of grenade and stun usage, as you saw in the beginning of the match. Tac mask pro would be extremely beneficial, with or without a headset.

Is it really necessary to give tips on how to play against noobs? On any team of competent player this kind of strategy would not work nearly as well. If you want to continue to post tip videos this late into the game's lifetime instead of posting basic tips like this, post games in which the player struggles to win and show how they manage to pull through and win.

With regards to equipment, a motion sensor on nuketown is good.

drop it of in the house as you spawn so you can catch the spawn flip.

jammer, it has a huge radius for nuketown, drop it off anywhere in the middle of the map where you were, it really throws people off.
