Hello, I want to know have you ever done padding stitch for a jacket lapel using the blindhem machine? I have a UFO 'unfinish object ' of a jacket that needs to be constructed using this technique. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your video. I am buying a portable Protex TY-500 blind stitch machine. Do you know of these machines and also how do you go around corners as i am wanting to use it for quilt binding.
Thank you thank you so much...I have this machine but do not know how to use it ...it gives me great joy to see this instruction video so I can try and experiment with sewing, only one thing will help me much more and rest of us ....my question is what kind of tread we can use and how to control tension can you gives us more information on this situation....Thank you once more I love this kind of instructions....
The thread I use is a Gutterman Skala, it's designed for machines with a looper such as this machine and the serger. The tension adjusment is simple and should be adjusted based on the thread. Feel free to come back to me if you need anymore help.
Thank you very much for answering my question, I never heard of Gutterman Skala tread but I will google it and find out and see were I can get it from and thank you for kind words and offer to ask question if I need to. This is a first time I got strait answer to my question. I am greatly thankful. I certainly will ask you again if I find it difficult to operate my blind stitch machine.....once more thank you....maraicila
Oh my god! Thank you SO much for the demonstration. I've had a similar machine for 3 years and I've never figured out how best to use it. So glad you took your time to make the video! Bravo!

That looks like such a well behaved machine! I would love one like this but i'm afraid the price takes it out of my league. Thank you so much for showing us what it can do.
Great, I've just bought one....and was wondering how it'll work.....BRILLIANT

I have a consew75t machine and the tension dial is my problem.
Do you have any idea on how to set the correct tension on this machine?
Thank you,

Hello
You use just one machine for hemming - Fold the hem double and you'll be fine, otherwise you can overlock the edges before hemming.
