I actually compared this movie to Van Wilder. I like this movie better.

Though Richard Bag (from Van Wilder) and Doug Neidermeyer were both assholes, I actually think Neidermeyer is cool (even cool sounding last name, "Neidermeyer").

Richard Bag? Him I definitely hate as well as that 1 kid that I call his lackey and that Jeannie girl. Neidermeyer could kick all their asses (lol).

Also, Mark Metcalf's characters in the Twisted Sister videos were pretty cool.

Comedies from the 2000s just don't match comedies like some of them from the 70s, 80s and 90s.

A lot of these newer comedies (like Waiting..., Super Bad, Van Wilder or any of those newer spoof movies based/titled around a specific genre) mostly seem to revolve around things like having sex or making out or whatever.

Comedies like Animal House, Billy Madison and Loaded Weapon are actually good comedies that actually have a good plot/story to them.
