@hottokiribatusai No, it's an anime called Air Gear. If you did know that, then in particular it's a newer OVA, which from what I understand is almost a direct port from the manga. Meaning that; it skips key elements, moreso in the second OVA actually...

@Grandiaangel Just realized the end of the statement made NO sense. What I meant to say was: That in order to stay true to the manga; for example most of the scenes in the fight look exactly like pages from the manga, they skipped other important story elements hoping that you would already know.
