'Abdu'l-Baha was a very hard character who treated his family like s--t. This included declaring practically every one of them as "covenant breakers" (he didn't seem to be able to get along with them or lead his own family, in other words.) He also punished them by deliberately keeping them in poverty and not sharing with them the ample, generous funding he had from all the Baha'is who tithed to him. (The hu-kook-o-lah business.) There are other accounts of his cruelty family members.

I've seen football players and waiters more charismatic than B-u-L. His scriptures contain very little spiritual knowledge, just Islamic tirades and silly material laws.

Actually, the Baha'i Faith simply ignores the content of the other religions and sells itself as the replacement for them all. That would be as good as destroying them. Hinduism, for example, is far more sophisticated and profound than Baha'i. The world would be lost if it got replaced with the shallow Baha'i Faith. Better real brotherhoods than fake ones.

If you read the Baha'i "Book of Laws" you'll find that the real Baha'i Faith is VERY Islamic in spirit and tone. Very harsh. Harsh as hell.
