@Metalclub1 Adagio is a part of Icarus Dream Op 4, but Adagio is by Albinoni. He did the same thing with "No Mercy" (Fire & Ice Album, 1992) where he plays "Badinerie" by Bach (watch?v=s_1XUsnO9us : 2:23). Hope my english is correct.

Some things I never understand. World class guitarist performs, and does it well, but still there are comments about him being fat. It's not like the common US or Euro citizen is slim. @nengstro I disagree. Yngwie's been milking the same modes since his first album. his music hasn't shown any change in recent time. Plus, he can't be compared to Vai and Satriani. I think they're both more musically proficient. Totally different styles. Vai is uber technical, and a master of almost all genres. Satch is an instrumental hard rock guitarist, and plays more by feel and ear, although he does have great knowledge of music theory. Yngwie still kicks ass, though. One of my favourites.

Shredding over everything is fine, and when it comes to shredding there's nobody can top Yngwie. If you really need this piece of music to have a billion extra notes thrust at it then this is as good as it gets. What I would love to hear is Malmsteen playing in its original form, by all means keep the distortion and sustain but let's just have the original notes, as intended.
