Surah An-Najm actually means chapter of the stars too! And at verse 49(only), it is talking about how Allah said that, Sirius too is his creation. And at verse 9(only), we can also find the Quran talking about 'two bow length'. But it is not talking about the normal kind of bow and arrow, it is actually talking about the distance of Angel Gabriel and Muhammad, like a two bow length!
