the way this is designed the fuel tank or container will continually feed the burner fuel as long as you keep putting fuel in the tank even while it is running or burning. yes you can boil water quickly with it and make freezer bag camping food stuff. i am still testing and playing with it. i learned that when the fuel runs out it will burn the wick.
@nj4x4fever2 being a wick type stove as long as the wick is wet with fuel the wick will not burn while the fuel burns off. yes you can cook on it. it is like the spaghetti stove or bios stove with continual fuel feed only with a wick instead of a pool of fuel at the bottom. the air cools the out side while the air flowing in mixes with the fuel leaning it making it hotter. it is a free flow design both air and fuel. made like a wood rocket stove only done with alcohol. neat !!!!
So can you boil water on this stove? Or is it possible to cook on it and how long will it stay burning?
