I work in an aged care facility and most of the time it is very depressing. This the way I wish the view of the elderly was... valued for the wisdom and contribution. I just watched the movie on Showtime.. and I LMAO and cried. Puts a lot of things in perspective.

I watched the video too. I stumbled on it at the library. I can't tell you how uplifting it made me feel. I just became a senior myself not to long ago and my thoughts were "Well, this is it, its all downhill from here"...but not with these people! Theyr'e rockin! I also showed the film to my 98 yr old FIL..I'm trying to get him to "rock" to. :-) Thanks so much for the inspiration. It just goes to show you that age is just a number and you are only as old as you feel. God bless!

Sometimes you look at Seniors and we automatically start to think about the reality of death. The Great thing about young at heart is that these seniors make you start to reflect on LIFE!!! It's cool to watch them but I think we need to make note to always thank them in our comments here on youtube as well...
