  • the lady in 5:05 to 6:05 is a scammer

  • buy something , instead of looking

  • Personally, I advise the "junk" silver coins. I find on eBay I will pay 20% over spot + shipping for Maples, Eagles and Bars.

On the other hand, I can find 40%, 50%, 80% and 90% junk silver coins on eBay at or sometimes even below spot prices.

  • @hathigmonorow what coins have 50% 80%? i do see 35% silver coins.

  • @JPMorganSuckBalls I am in Canada. Canadian quarters and dimes were 80% silver until 1967 and then 50% silver from 1967 - 1968. From 1968 - 1999 they are 99.9% nickel.

  • @hathigmonorow in America, Quarter, Dimes and 1/2 Dollars was 90% Silver until 1964. then 40% 1/2 dollars until 1971. War Nickels 1943-1945 is 35% silver.

  • Stay away from Bars unless minted by Goverment...

Gold Coins and Silver Coins Minted By Goverment Youre safe!

  • I went to a coin show in Toronto this past weekend. Only two of the dealers there had bullion, the rest were rare coins. I would say those two dealers had only about 20k in bullion. A friend and me bought about $1000 worth of bullion. If there were 3 more groups like me and my friend. They would have sold out of bullion.

  • OMG i want to go there with 50k cash right now... would need a wheelbarrow though.

  • Not many option here in malaysia for buying real silver..thats the problem..online trading also didnt ship to malaysia, can anyone suggest?

  • @637337 you should get old silver circulated coins. They should be available and carry a smaller premium than the one ounce pure coins. Buy coins close to their melt value (common years, worn piesces, not numismatic coins). Try to get a numismatic catalogue in order to see the weight and purity. I hope this helps.

  • @637337 Try looking at the Philippine or Vietnam markets. The Philippine market isn't very well developed, so premiums aren't very high. I know the Vietnam market is pretty well developed though, so be careful there. You could also check out the Australian mint to see if they ship there. India has some nice dealer's that might be willing to ship to Malaysia. There are option's for you out there, you just have to shoot out email's to get in contact with someone willing to deal with you there.

  • I love silver !

  • I get tired of coin shops in Athens, Georgia going nuts with the premiums on Maples and ASE's. I know times are tough but I am not going to pay 20% premiums when I can get a better deal on Bullion Direct, APMEX or even Ebay. I don't know what it is about dealers in Georgia, but they don't want a fair deal.

  • I love my Libertads too! I need to get more of them. You make the best videos on YouTube, period. Keep up the good work!

  • guns trump gold.people aren't going to quietly starve.

  • See any aluminum coins?

  • OMG... a tube of UNC old school libertads... my dream!

  • Great vids, great channel, Greetings from down under.

  • Any of you guys collect the Mexican Gold 50 Pesos? That is what im investing in right now because you can get such good deals on them.

  • So, no news then.

  • Average Joe's have very little money to invest in bullion. 99% of the money belongs to 1-3% of most rich. Those investors wont go to coins shops they will buy online and they will buy 999+bullion not numismatic. A very informative report, I watched with much interest.

  • @Alexiscom1 thanks for watching Alex!

  • @Alexiscom1 Yup. Let me coin this original phrase of mine. "0.999 People don't have 0.999 PM"

    :D:D:D

  • I like to recommend investing in numismatics. You should read about how to grade coins first and then invest only in common date mint state coins MS 62 minimum. Acquire only classic specimens one of each to start. One Morgan Silver dollar in mint state can be acquire for between $35 to $40 bucks still. You don't have to get the 1901 Philly in MS right off the bat which starts in the $1000's. You can get a common date Barber half in Mint State starting at around $400 bucks.

  • @drewzillasaurusrex wish I knew more about the numismatics, I certainly appreciate them. Have some morgans and some peace dollars. Thanks for the info. drew.

  • Thats funny about the %1000 mark up copper coin LOL I agree with the libertad, it feels more like money as its smaller and thicker. They look awesome.

  • @charlesfuchs waz up CF? Yeah, I got my first one via ebay a few weeks ago, I;m hooked. They're the perfect size!

  • @charlesfuchs Copper sucks to buy in bullion form because its outrageous markups. I guess scrap is the way to go.

  • Nicest coin I have is the Silver Panda.

I would offer a piece of advice to anyone thinking about buying coins regularly on a site like APMEX. Which I use.

Buy enough of 1 coin to get the better price (say 20) and not 5 of four different coins multiple times which is a mistake I origionally made.

  • @Paetaor Great point! They offer a slightly better price at 20 coins or more... also, it's been my experience that monarchpreciousmetals has much more reasonable shipping fees than Apmex which can make a big difference, especially when buying smaller amounts. I like gainsvillecoins too.

  • @Paetaor Chinese crap....how do you know if that panda is at true purity and weight? Most counterfeiting in coins roll out of china!

  • Great report! Just subscribed yesterday.

  • cool...I wish these shows happen in my country..Anyway,good buy u get there...

  • no longer the fringe, sry but what a loser

  • @Tomta20012 He runs a multi-million $ coin shop and on-line biz, biggest volume dealer in the metro area with more than 60 employees... how exactly is he a loser?

  • @SGTbull07 he comes across as having contempt for nutty gold bugs

  • It's possible that some of the dealers may not have been truthful with you. Since you were filming them, they may have been reluctant to be honest; tax purposes. WB

  • @TheWildbill242 good point. But I was there for over an hour and while I was there the traffic was indeed LIGHT.

  • The Libertard is a beautiful coin..........................i also love it because it sounds almost like libtard LOL.

  • check out the 5 oz proof Libertad coins on APMEX, soooooo niiiiiice!!!

  • Give me Libertad or give me death..hhaaha

love that coin as well, thats why i buy so many ;p

  • Great Vid !

     thanks

  • I really enjoy watching these vids off the coin shows.

  • "Until next time, have a great night". I suppose some of us live where there is little sunlight for days on end, Implying our night will last until the next video you make. I'm just kidding bro. Awesome vid!

  • Great update, I was at a gun show this weekend with many coin dealers and of course nobody was at the coin tables, picked up some slightly dirty 1 ounce silver bullion coins for $1 over spot with no sales tax. That is the way to go!

  • I have 700 grams of Gold which I am willing to trade for Silver...anybody?

  • @younitehumanity I'll trade....

  • I have a ton of Libertads.......love them.

  • Where's the bullion bars? I only see coins, possibly crap numismatic coins.

  • excellent video again, showing and talking about behind the scene sales and traffic is a good look as to whats going on ahead of time, good work !

  • Enjoy your videos, SGT. I've been buying slv for about 1 1/2 year. A friend of mine sold me a gold 1/2 eagle today for $600. A few coin shops offered him $655. I told him to take that as it was more money but he said he wanted me to have it so I bought it. I'm learning about economics, not in college but just using the web and talking to friends (the ones who I think have a clue). People can say what they want. I'm reminded of: "Hey Noah, why you building that boat? It ain't gonna rain"

  • @tigerpurpleheart funny - I've felt that way for a long time! BTW that 1/2 ounce gold eagle goes for $750+ all day long on ebay!

  • @SGTbull07 It's a good feeling to know I underpaid. The majority of my purchases have been and will continue to be silver. But I wanted to diversify and get a little gold as well. Just got one of the new Canadian Wolf coins, nice looking piece but they are a little pricey. Any idea why they're so much higher than the regular maple?

  • @tigerpurpleheart Here at my coin shoppe west coast Canada silver wolves going for $33.67cd........maples for $33.31... the bullion exchange in da city no difference in price...I was told by one dealer only 10 000 wolves were minted this year. No more 1 oz wolves to be found but I scored two 1/2 oz. silver wolves @ $22.40cd per.

  • @denverdog44 I paid $33 for the wolf a few days ago, went back to the same shop a few days later and the same salesman told me the wolf's were $39.50, I reminded him that he had charged me $33 and he said he'd made a mistake. I wasn't mad or anything, I just didn't realize they were basically $6 more than an eagle. It's a nice coin but I'll stick to eagles and maples that way I can stack a little higher with every purchase.

  • @tigerpurpleheart Apmex 35.15 spot 30.18 ...... or else try Scotia Bank....that salesman is ripping you off

  • @tigerpurpleheart silver wolf cost more because they come in Thermotron Sealed Strips and in Limited Availability

  • @mtube620 The one I bought was in a tube of 25.

  • @tigerpurpleheart nice. Maybe that coin shop is still have stock of silver wolf. In my area it's going for 36's ea.

  • Some how seeing all that Silver cheers me up :)

  • ya know what SG I like about your vids? it's we don,t have to look a some one talking to us we can simply absord the huge amount of info we a blessed to get from you maybe a few people could learn that almost always it is simple a screen with a picture and for us country folks loading these up take a little time' so thanks Brutha keep stackin PEACE and really Harvey Organ is the man 100-1 ?>!!!!!<

  • @Phalanx1964 cool - thanks! and YES tremendous paper manipulation & incredible fraud!

  • I was at that show at the Hilton. I bought several silver rounds, but there's wasn't much in the way of bullion. It's mainly the numismatic coins, currencies, etc. When I was there in the morning it was about one person per dealer. Overall it was a great deal since there was no sales tax, and I only bought a dollar over spot. I'd recommend silver bugs to go.

  • @ggadguy I meant Holiday Inn, Bloomington

  • @ggadguy Cool - This one was at the VFW in St Paul!

  • great interview sgt

  • I visited my local shop last week, and the owner told me about a customer who came in and spent $25,000 on silver certificate sheets and other collector currency - the reason he gave was to diversify. I got my 1963 $5 red ink United States note. I feel Kennedy died over Executive Order 11110, so although the bill is only worth face, it means something to me.

  • @DylanRWirtz pennies made between 1909 - 1982 are 95% copper! If you buy a $25 box of pennies from the bank and go through them you will find 25% - 35% of them are the copper ones. Each and every pre-1983 penny is worth $0.0276 based on the copper. The ones made after 1982 are zinc and each one is worth just over half a penny in metal value. Every copper penny is actually worth nearlt THREE CENTS! If you drop them on a wood table (like playing "Quarters") they "DING". The zinc ones do not.

  • @SGTbull07 PS - every single nickel you find is worth nearly .07 cents in metal value (25% nickel, 75% copper). Even the 2010's !!

  • Thanks for the advice, Will do.

  • Addiction to silver I mean... If I really need fiat, I'd have to cash in silver.

  • Those prices are not bad compared to eBay or places online that have high shipping fees. If I went, it'd be hard to resist picking up some more silver. I have a bad addiction, because I have less than $200 fiat dollars in the bank.

  • Giddy up SGT! Those Libertads are awesome! $31 a coin fantastic deal! Excellent perspective from the coin dealers point of view and excellent advise about the numismatics coins if you new to silver investing. Unfortunately all those coin dealer need to buying more bullion bars, coins and rounds, that's what is going to move out their doors on a regular bases.

  • @stelmorVH I agree, and many of them aren't, they are betting on a significant pullback "because," they say, "that's what has always happened in the past." uh oh.

  • @SGTbull07 They really think that? I would think these business owners and adroit coin dealers would realize our world fiat system is circling the drain, chinese demand is without peer, and the paper PM world has technically defaulted. Surprising...perhaps I overestimate people's willingness to see the obvious.

  • @SGTbull07 How hard is to find Silver Bullion, NOT online, If i see some should I grab all I can get?

  • @SGTbull07 Conventional thinking, that's the problem.

  • Good job on the old style Libertads, they are my favs.

  • The one such coin show I attended here in Petersham, Sydney was very busy. This is not an indication of interest in silver bullion though, IMHO. Again, it was a numis affair.

  • Quite a sea change from your last coin show vid, SGT. Great news for all of us :)

  • good vid,

  • Love your channel. Time for a camera upgrade bro.

  • I would have gone with the Libertads too. I wish I bought some a couple years ago. I remember seeing them on apmex for a dollar something over spot.

  • Do they have any gold coins under 70$?

  • @SGTbull07 Bro... Does your nick stand for Silver Gold Trader? Trying to making sense of the acronym for sometime now lolll.

  • What's the purity on the Mexican Liberty's?...

  • Blanchard is from New Orleans/\...where I'm from

  • Great job again, I never knew they sold copper coins, the $3 a coin which i assume is an ounce is a 1000% mark-up, So what should the price range ? I have bought the all copper pennies to add some diversification of my bullion stash. Can you recommend where they sell bullion copper coins? Thanks for all u do

  • @TheTcooper50 my top recommendation is to go to the bank and buy a couple of boxes of pennies at a time. Go through and save the pre-1983 pennies because each one is worth nearly 3 cents in copper, and return the rest, repeat. Approximately 1/4 - 1/3 of the pennies in every box are pre-1983, and therefore copper! It's the best way to buy copper (65% BELOW spot!!). It's illegal to melt them, so just buy and hold.

  • Those Mexican coins are the only coin I want and don't have BOOOOO

  • @GuildF40 :) they are real purty Guild!

  • @GuildF40 Why don't you order some from Apmex?

  • @73cupcake they don't accept Pay Pal (Not sure about over seas shipping either) I know I tried them once

  • friday i've got brand new buffaloes at only 0.65 over spot( wholesale price) and i pick them up from my friend business...no shipping cost! people got your silver???!!! hurry up!

  • ,,,Was there anyone there under 60 years old??

Nothing agains the old timers they sure know "What time it is" but you can tell this game aint out of the 1st quater because the vast majority of the Green Horns in their 20s/30s/40s still dont have a clue

  • Love the coin shows. Absolutely freggin love em. I'm starting to twitch just thinking about em. Just grabbed my first couple Libertads at the shop myself, beautiful rounds! Love the "on the scene" videos. Great input from all. You said "wow thats quite a markup" she's like "well they make great stocking stuffers" hahahaha. She needs to recognize! Hahaha

  • That Asian 11 oz bar look like some the the scam silver bars you see on ebay.

  • any at the show know about max keiser silver revolt lol

  • @gasdorf NO! Incredible, isn't it?!

  • I love those 10oz Engelhards, I might hit on that. But yeah the libs are sweet to. Tough call.

  • I have a question - which do you think is a best buy? A 1/20th ounce gold bullion, or a 1 ounce silver bullion?

  • @st0rmgal I think you can buy at least 2 silver one ounce coins for the cost of 1/20th of gold! I'd take the silver personally.

  • seems like thier more interested in rare coins $ lol $17,000,00

china men bar i would nab that ....and some old 50 cent coffee ,how was the snack bar at the show?

  • Bad Deal Alert-1000% Mark Up.

That was rather funny, if you really want copper you would be better off buying central heating pipes from a hardware store.

    $31 for a libertad=jammy bugger!

  • @gibbo675

Just imagine all those empty foreclosed houses that will be raided for copper pipes as the economy worsens...

  • @continuityofliberty

    Ha!

I don't need to imagine, that kind of carry on has been going on for years in Britain. Infact empty council properties are boarded up with notices on them saying, "All items of value have been removed". This led to some council workers in Salford being disciplined because they had added, "So F**K O*F!" underneath the notices. Which although a bit rude was quite funny.

  • You need to get laid...

  • $2 above spot on those 1982 Libs?... I would have jumped on those too.

  • Wow, amazing $17,000 for that Walk Liberty that must be some magical coin because that’s more than a car. Anyways, I loved the vid it’s interesting to hear from the people on the ground.

  • @RUBuyingSilver thanks man, yeah I don;t "get" the super-spendy numismatics, not me cup of tea.

  • Libertads are nice choice. I have a small stack of old coins I keep on my nightstand (please nobody say anything) and among them is 'old' Mexican silver from the '30's. They are sweet. Thanks for the video. It provided me with some interesting insight.

  • Good work SGT once again, thanks for the on the grounds journalism.

  • Wow, i would love to purchase that 100 oz for 3K right now

  • i live in phoenix... found a shop in the middle of a very spanish speaking neighborhood. Picked up 10 libertads (1994) for $30.50 over the weekend. =)

  • Wish they had these coin shows in Britain. We get ripped off so bad. At the moment

we have to pay 17.5% tax on any silver we purchase this will go up to 20% on Jan

4th. No cheap Bullion shops over here.

  • @germans1 that is Tyrannical. They want to keep you guys as far away from honest money as possible, which tells you all you need to know!

  • @SGTbull07 It is SGT! But they won't put me off buying I am getting there 150 ounces now with 20

gold soveriegns as well. Keep up with the excellent Videos.

  • @germans1 excellent, good for you g, gotta do it, 99% of people won't and they'll be hurting even more badly.

  • @germans1 : Can you order online internationally? I placed an order with Midas Resources.

  • @tinfoilcap I can but when it arrives I still have to pay vat which is 17.5% and usually

there is a custom's charge on top as well. So I am no better off. Thanks

  • @germans1 we have to pay 30% we we liquidate ours.

  • @aybesee123 Which country are you from aybesee?

  • @germans1 LOL From the way I formed my prior comment you wouldn't have guessed the US of A. My keyboard missed the "s" and I have no excuse about "the the". =)

  • @germans1 UK buyers should try channel islands dealers. I use this guy myself. Tried posting a link but its not happening. So just google, silvercoinsbullion.

  • @sapper680 Thanks sapper will take a look.

  • @sapper680 Also worth trying SarniaSilver (com) , they're in the channel islands too and often have different stock and prices to Silvercoinsbullion. I've ordered from both about a dozen times, and no problems yet.

  • @germans1

Even with your VAT it still isn't as bad as you think. On eBay it is getting difficult to find any .999 silver rounds that are not 6 - 10 dollars over spot...that is over 20% in premiums. So if you have local dealers selling at a reasonable cost, then the extra VAT would not stop me from buying.

  • @li0nhart123 No li0nhart it is not going to stop me buying my money is being taken anyway so might as well

    spend it on Bullion

  • @germans1 yer evan CI silver is no longer cheep, thats when i started to buy sterling 925 silver antiques from auction or off ebay but ebay is geting pricey so its off to the loacal auction 3 thursday in the month you can pick up the crap the dealers dont want im there mainly for the silver weight i dont mind dents dings or splits in a milk jug or 4 diferent tea spoons try it you can get some good buys

  • @billy123174 Thanks billy will take a look at some auctions.

  • Comment removed

  • I know its disgusting!! I've spent thousands just on bloody VAT... not only is VAT going up but I can see the premiums shootup aswell...

  • @sidkings I have used first majestic in Canada but now a 3 week wait. I also use Bairds in the u but now the are closed till 4th Jan convenient as that is the day for the vat increase. I am still going to keep buying while we still have a chance and whilst silver is still low..

  • @germans1 Bullionukdotcom is very good for large bulk purchases. I'm gonna have look at first Majestic. I used Baird once for a gold coin and sent it straight back as it was scratched..LOL. Anyway keep stacking mate.

  • @sidkings The VAT put me off buying physical in Britain , i bought some in a holding account in Guernsey , i'm hoping thats going to work out.

  • @germans1 Tell me about it. Mind you we do have car boot sales!

  • @germans1 It seems like alot of the draconian rules start in Britian and are later adopted in the US. One day the same taxes on silver will be pushed on Americans if Americans let their guard down.

  • @germans1 Buy from people at home or from Craigslist this way you can avoid the tax.

  • @jimbobubbadj Thanks jim!

  • no bubble at all...

  • great vid!

  • is this the case of the shoeshine boy buying silver meaning the top of the bubble

  • Bought 10 more silver rounds, and another 1000 rounds of ammo this weekend..

  • Thanks SGT....I always look for your videos and enjoy them....not to mention that I learn a lot from them. Thanks.

  • How to gauge how many Americans are sleeping? Go to 7 11 on a Sunday Morning and watch how many buy newspapers. About %95. The currency has a long way down before any of them wake up. When they can't buy basic supplies, they have to wake up. Right? I won'y hold my breath.

  • I would of definitely went for the JM and Englehard bars. They are getting hard to get (delivery delays of weeks) on line.

and the general public hasnt really woken up yet at all. maybe barely... just wait till everyone, including taxi drivers and pool cleaners get excited.

  • id like a video every other day, make it happen. :)

  • @dcblyke Ha, thanks - it's been close to that many videos lately, I think?!

  • V interesting - Thanks V much

  • WOW. I really do wish that we had something like that in my area! Here in the country we've just only finished with bartering chickens for nails!

  • "That's a good mark up!" "AMAZING!"

I have a STUPID question, the silver bar she showed you made me think of it.... Roughly how malleable is silver? Like if you're holding it in your hands, would you be able to bend that bar or would it be difficult?

I know this is a STUPID question, but I'm a NOOBSTER at this.

  • @breetown123 No.

  • @goldmaple70 No you wouldn't be able to bend it or no it wouldn't be difficult?

I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm trying to learn here, so..... Atleast I'm trying, right? Yea?

I could be COMPLETELY clueless and one of them people that laughs at you when you say the dollar is worthless paper

  • @breetown123 it's all good - we're all learning together, in fact we're all in this MESS together... the more folks we can protect the better off we'll all be! :)

  • @breetown123 No, not too easy to bend that particular bar - silver is not quite that soft, but gold is... you can but a nick in a 24K gold coin with your fingernail!

  • @SGTbull07 Thanks duder, that's what I thought but wasn't sure. My mom's dad was a precision tool maker, and has long time since passed, and MY dad has long since inherited his extensive tool collection and his collection of stuff/things/all-kinds-of-pieces-and-parts-that-every-old-dude-who-has-a-workshop-has, and in one box I found some stamped bars, a little thicker than that, really shiny, but REALLY malleable for how thick they are, so I was curious, but maybe its aluminum? doesnt say on it

  • Thanks SGT !

  • screw the coin's numismatic value. Get bars and rounds: go bullion.

  • Coin shows are numis affairs. Still, great vid SGT.

When it comes to people buying up PM's, I'd look to Asia.

  • @halfasheep Yeah, I hear ya - but as I demonstrated, they do have some bullion there too, and those coin guys love cash - you can get great deals, near spot or AT spot price (withOUT shipping costs) at these types if poorly attended shows if you bring cash!

  • I wish we had a regular coin show in Springfield, Missouri. Most of the coin shops have gone under and I think there's one open, which I'm yet to visit. I usually have to drive to St. Louis to buy bullion. Thankfully, the shops there are very competitive so it offsets the cost of gas and time when I buy in quanitity. Thanks, SGT.

  • @stevesmitty79 A friend of mine tried to buy bullion in Springfield last week. The shop was out of 1 ounce rounds. Just had a couple 10 ounce bars and a hundred ounce bar. He purchased some Peace dollars instead. The bullion market is tight around here.

  • This footage gets me excited in the pants.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many hardcore collector coins omg.

  • @breetown123 I would add these feeds to your porn blocker. I think there's also some help groups to deal with this too.

  • @stevesmitty79 Don't worry, I'm gonna be on the next season of Celebrity Bullion-Rehab with Dr SGTbull007 and Dr Drew

  • Copper bullion is a rip-off, even on Ebay...stick to scrap and pre-83 pennies...the fundamental's are similar to silver
