Thats a great way to get down ideas before you try and actually build them in game! I can't tell you how much time I've wasted laying out new maps that I end up deleting cause they don't turn out like I saw in my head. I recently discovered sketch up, but I could never find a practical use for it. I guess now I found one! (Though use of the word "practical" is kind of a stretch, lol)
