Eating a whole cigarette without the butt beats a breath test i do it everytime. however i have been sick a few times eating a cigarette but its worth it.

@29Essan I do not promote drinking and driving at all what so ever. But the laws are pretty crazy on this. Get caught and you are so fucked your life is OVER!!! Period!!! Your best bet is to put a gun to your head and pull the trigger. Even if you were pulled over for a busted brake light. If you take a few deep breaths before blowing into the breathalyzer, you replace saturated air at the bottom of your lungs with fresh air that has much less alcohol in it. You need to do this seconds before blowing because the alcohol vaporizes into the fresh air very quickly.
@kwodrunner: that's why the cops usually make you take more than breathalyzer test, with each run consists of a steady stream of breath into the machines. At our university we did experiments with similar principle before - the mechanism behind breathalyzer is monstrously sensitive, it will catch you even if you blow your damn lungs out.
Can't speak for Frisco, but in Texas there's a protocol-required 15 minute deprivation period prior to the test. Residual or mouth alcohol caused from the mouthwash would dissipate during that 15 minutes, leaving only deep lung breath alcohol to be measured. Plus the 2nd test (actually, 2nd breath sample in a 2 sample test) must agree with the first sample within +/- 0.02 or the test is invalid requiring another 15 minutes.
@richadNtexas Also, to avoid falsely high results, there's a "slope detector" that monitors the rate of change in the alcohol reading. If it's going up too fast, the instrument won't accept the sample. As you finish exhaling all of a single breath, you'll be blowing an alveolar sample where the alcohol concentration is essentially unchanging at the end of a 3-5 second blow.

I guess you could use it as an excuse. Wash your mouth out and say you did it, because if your BAC really was .43, you'd probably be dead or unconscious. That way they they can't get an accurate measurement with a breathalyzer :)

they should have tested something that is know to work like ..... activated carbon , or charcoal tablets ..... but u need to use it sometime before the breath test for best result ..... it can also be use to flush out toxins and poisons ...

@coolseka I passed the test one day when pissed with my techneaque and they tryed to say that their machine was at fault, as i had told them I had had a shandy I had told themI had drink as I had no fags to hide my breat that day, I then got arrested and beat that machine that cost thosands back at their place.

you need to cnosent to blow or get blood drawn from you anyway, go the cell for one night and then walk free and sober the next morning
