As said in the description, it's the ultimate religious weapon. It unites every single city on the planet with you. It's like the Military Nuke, or the Economic Ad Blitz thing.

Become a Zealot. Change Archetypes with a Zealot Race or get two red cards and two green cards (Check what cards you have in the History screen). I'd personally recommend being either Carnivore/Predator/Friendly/Re­ligious or just Friendly/Military.

i think that when you use this ability the projection is your creature

so it looks like that because that is his creature
