The law could be written differently, or not be written at all. Aside from that, I don't believe there is any such law covering inadvertent propagation, perhaps you could cite which statute makes this so?

Actually, there's plenty of evidence to contradict you but the only "evidence" that supports your claims was bought by Monsanto and other GMO beneficiaries. Take your claim that GE feeds other countries... give me some examples. And how do you explain the suicides in India? 4 times traditional cost, and forced GMO seeds. I love documentaries, but things like this do my nut, I watched part 1/3 and felt Id wasted enuff of my time not to bother with the other bits.
Your 10 mins however were totally worthwhile and Id hapily watch again for sensibility and quality of content :)
