Spore is a great game, but it could've been so much more. EA pushed Will for a quicker game, so he did and made it that less awesome.

Fuck EA, fuck them to the bowels of hell.

Not to sound like a dick, but the expansion packs will probably deliver a lot of the stuff promised and it'll flesh the game out more.

For example the planet editor seen in development trailers was added into the first expansion pack "Galactic Adventures." Now think of the other expansion packs that you know they'll make. I really hated the Tribal Phase. It was really repetitive.

This is more of a version 2, version 1 was the best spore version and the quality of gameplay and graphics decreased a lot through the years. The Spore we have now is very disappointing to what it was supposed to be in 2005.

Actually, the Underwater version was taken out a few Years ago. The only underwater phase is just the Cell Phase.

Seems like a really cool game, too bad about the 3-activations crap. If it weren't for that I'd be playing it now.

Also, it's supposed to demonstrate survival of the fittest, darwinism etc. But it doesn't really do that, it demonstrates survival of the player-managed creature. I've created a creature with one foot and it still moves as easily as one with 2 feet, 3,... They should've made it somehow so that it would really matter what the creature's caracteristics are.

But anyway, cool game.
