Obviously if you look at the itunes listing. It says Sunshine. So, they renamed Sierra's Song to Sunshine. You can infer that they both are the same song because of the lyric "Sunshine" in this video.

it means its not a "track" per se but it is on the cd. It should be at the end of the cd. Some bands extend the end of the last actual track on the CD for about 5 minutes of silence, and then the "hidden" track will start all remaining part of the last "track". Or sometimes if you just pop it in the cd player and skip the last track listed on the cd, their ends up being another one, just not labeled. I hope that makes sense. In short, yes it will be on the album.
