You may want to head back to castle Ohsoe at the beginning of chapter 5, there's an optional boss battle which will provide you an awesome weapon for "Blink". Keep in mind that at the beginning of chapter 5 is your only chance to get it, it's gone afterwards.

(Sorry if you already knew that, watching your Mother 3 playthrough is really entertaining BTW =P)
