  • Harry Potter book was great. i agree, Christine was a creepy book.

  • @shanedoucette29 I agree, Christine is a very creepy book. But I love it!! I have never had a book creep me out except for Christine.

  • I'm still waiting to find NEVER LET ME GO as a budget DVD. It's still pricy when I look in the stores. I may still read the book, but I look for bargain books these days.

Stephen King's CHRISTINE is a good, chilling novel, but the movie does have its own charms. King did teach high school, I think, and that gave him insight into the bullying aspect that does play into how the guy - can't remember his name - bonded with the evil Plymouth. He was looking for 'love'.

  • Justin,

Everytime you say 'brief video' I settle down with a coffee or wine 'cause I know it will take a while - that's your style so just let it take the time it needs.

I like it when you talk books...not enough book talk in 'the circle' of movie-lovers.

    With thanks

    Michael

  • @REDchairDIARIES Hey Michael,

Haha, I always say "brief video" and I mean to say that. But it is always a long video. I love movies, but I do love some books that interest me so I might do a mix of movie and book reviews this year.

I rented Never Let Me Go and I really enjoyed the movie. But the book is a bit better and I recommend it if you find it at a good bargain. I love both the book and movie of Christine. Both give me chills!

  • Books! *squeeee*

Jaime ROCKS. I'm looking forward to read The Renfield Syndrome. Bought the ebook version. :D I need to read the new edition of Dead, Undead, or Something Inbetween first.

I can't stand how some books are meant to be for guys or gals. Who cares? I mean, the important thing is that you enjoy the book, or find it interesting.

I love the Deathly Hallows, however, I don't care for the epilogue. To be honest, I feel like ripping it out.

  • @hiddeninabook Hey Elin!! How are you my friend? I am glad you enjoyed the video and I knew you would like the video because I know your a fan of books.

I highly recommend reading the new edition of Dead, Undead, or Somewhere in Between and then read The Renfield Syndrome. Jaime has a talent in writing and she does rock. I agree, as long you enjoy reading a book it shouldn't matter what type of book it is. I didn't mind the epilogue in Deathly Hallows, but there are better parts in the book.

  • @Rhine1988 Yes, my plan is to read the new edition. I bought the copy a while ago, I just had some other books to read first. ;)

    Jaime writes awesome books!

I loathed the epilougue. It felt like I was spoonfed information that wasn't relevant to the story. I prefer to be able to make my imagination play with the thoughts of what might happen when they grow up.

  • same to you dude.

  • @slagarcrue85 Thank you and Jaime's book is awesome. I love it!!

  • I'm sure you book will be a smash hit Jamie.

  • nice job. All right Jame Moriaarte. This ends to day my intellect is as big as yours lol

  • @forkerball Thank you my friend!!

  • Great Video as always Justin ! all the best!

  • @MatthewRossColeman Thank you Matthew!!

  • Hahaha, I love it! "Go eat some skittles" at the very end there made my day. You rock man! Keep up the positive work.

  • @Avelle34 Thank you so much and I am glad you liked "go eat some skittles"!! Have a great day.

  • I love to read and I will have to check some of these out. Some of my favorite Stephen King books are The Stand, The Dead Zone, Pet Sematary, Rose Madder, It, Needful Things and Everything's Eventual. Good luck with your classes, I am starting my spring semester on Tuesday :)

  • @Hologram1357 Thank you and I hope your first day off school went well for you!! I will have to check out more Stephen King books. His writing is great from when I read Christine.
