With the Wii Wheel, yes, I use B to drift. I hold it down as I turn. It's hard to explain; you'll understand it better playing by yourself until you get the basics down.
The Wii Wheel is fun, isn't it? I sometimes hit my friends whenever they come around to play with me occasionally (Literally), so they're rather afraid of the Wheel and would use the GCN Controller or Wiimote + Nunchuk combos instead.
Nice matches!~ It's nice to see someone out (Or is...?) a stick in the mud (I apologize; I do not know the exact phrase).
Huh? Do you mean referring to someone who uses the Wii Wheel? I do notice there are less and less people who use it. It's something you need to get used to, which I think many don't take the time to do.
Take the leader of the Noddingdog clan, D007, for instance. He was one of the first people in the game to achieve a 9999 VR (about 5 days after the game came out) and is nearly unbeatable. Yet he specializes in Automatic drifting.
I hate the way the jumpsuits are designed, that's why. Not sure what Kim Possible has to do with this; I don't mind hers, as her character design was already meant for pants in the first place, and her behavior wouldn't make a power suit out of place.
But I can't stand seeing those scrawny arms and legs attached to the big rectangular torsos. It's an artistic travesty.
In the fist race I saw you tricking off the boosts on the wall. You shouldn't as this gains you extra height, so are airbourne for longer, and you will always get a landing boost, even if you miss the thing. Plus the Fast Staff Ghosts thend to avoid some ramps, like the blue one in Moo Moo Meadows.
Are you talking about that segment in the ruins themselves? From what I've seen, the boost you get when landing is a lot bigger when you do a trick than when you don't (very much the same difference between a Super Mini-Turbo and a regular Mini-Turbo). I don't think I've tested myself on if I'm actually faster not tricking than if I do trick.
One ramp I know wastes time is the last one in Ghost Valley 2,
I know that coming off of a quarterpipe greatly increases my steering, enough that I can make that right angle turn with ease on any vehicle, trick boost or not.
But as I said, this would have to be something I'd have to test myself.
you can just ignore this comment, if you want, but in the description, the word is "phazed", not "fazed". That would be- "even two Blu Shells couldn't PHAZE me." I just can't stand bad spelling. Disregard this if you want.
Did you not read the description properly? No requesting courses. What with all the people in the room, it can take a very long time to get the course I want.
You can see I already got like nine requests here. I should've said that I don't want to take requests. But as long as no one picks a princess on a bike, I'll be fine.
I usually see three or four people way out in front and everyone else struggling in the back, but there isn't any more of just that one experienced guy who's on the verge of lapping everyone else like how MKW began.
Rainbow road seems to be the track that gets picked the most. I dont really get why its picked so much. If i can do a request, can you do someone in the Sprinter or the Jetsetter?
@Overhazard How do I unlock Birdo?
shadowizcool 1 year ago
@shadowizcool You'll need to play Time Trials on 16 different courses.

How do you use manual handling?
Tsaunders1307 2 years ago
You have to drift during turns. It's more difficult to maneuver, but you can do hops and Mini-Turbos only in Manual.
Overhazard 2 years ago
@Overhazard
Do you use b for the turbos? Like how does taht work?
Tsaunders1307 2 years ago
With the Wii Wheel, yes, I use B to drift. I hold it down as I turn. It's hard to explain; you'll understand it better playing by yourself until you get the basics down.

So, you can only use the turbos when you turn? Thanks for in thei nfo man

dont drift do AUTOMATIC
niga0mgJR 2 years ago
automatic is for guys dont know how to drive like pros.
Misterladywife 2 years ago
There are some pros who use Automatic though.
Take the leader of the Noddingdog clan, D007, for instance. He was one of the first people in the game to achieve a 9999 VR (about 5 days after the game came out) and is nearly unbeatable. Yet he specializes in Automatic drifting.
Overhazard 2 years ago
may be you are right, but i dont like it^^
Misterladywife 2 years ago
Automatic has awesome handling, I mean look how sharp he can turn!
The Manual's handling is to slow and less responsive. It takes longer around the corner's meaning SLOWER EXIT SPEEDS!
Dimitri0809 2 years ago
my fixed dog can do it better than you.

i never use manual either. phew! i'm glad i'm not the only one who sucks at ghost valley 2

Hey Overhazerd could I participate in one of you online grand prix?
clarinetMD 3 years ago
Sure. Contact ShadowWolfTJC. He runs these things, not me.
Overhazard 3 years ago
Where should I go and do I need your friend code?
clarinetMD 3 years ago
No, just his. He's here on YouTube. (It's either ShadowWolfTJC or ShadowWolfJTC. I can't remember, but it's one of them.)
Overhazard 3 years ago
Yes well, I can't seem to find him
clarinetMD 3 years ago
If it'll be easier for you, you can go to the Mario Heaven forums (Google it up) and look for "Flash Fire."
Overhazard 3 years ago
But we can request a princess on a Kart right?
BTW, I wanted to see Peach in the nitrocycle, but since you said no princesses on bikes, i now want to see her on the Turbo Blooper
Artrocks93 3 years ago
Yes, no princesses on bikes. But karts are fine.
Overhazard 3 years ago
By the way, um, which one is the Nitrocycle again?
Overhazard 3 years ago
So no taking requests that involve princesses on bikes because they switch from dresses to jumpsuits? Maybe you watch too much Kim Possible.
Have you ever used funky kong? I really haven't ever seen him in play yet- may I request him in any vehicle?

How do you equip items to you i know how to do 3 bannanas and 3 shells but not 1
Bito999111 3 years ago
Depends on the control scheme. With the Wii Wheel, you hold down left or right on the D-pad (when you have it sideways or attached to the Wii Wheel).

I generly like Coconut mall
Its so cool! xP

I looked it up in the dictionary, and the correct spelling is "faze." "Phaze" hasn't been accepted by Webster.

May I request the Wario Bike? Any character driving it will do!

How about Rosalina on the Shooting Star, and anyone heavy on the Honeycoupe?

No. I refuse to use a princess on a bike. Those jumpsuits are so tacky, I won't use them. Ever.

That'll work.

You've got the ninth request on this video. But I could use Bowser on the Flame Runner if you want.
Overhazard 3 years ago
Yes, i accept.
guisao999 3 years ago
Pretty good races overall, and I particularly enjoyed the one on Rainbow Road (I love the music there).
If you ever find yourself looking for a spare request (as if you don't get enough already, haha); how bout Daisy in the Wild Wing?

What's a Rainbow Road spammer?
I've heard of Shy Guy Beach spammers, but that's it.
TemaShika24 3 years ago 2
Some people constantly request Rainbow Road to foil "noobs". It's the perfect antidote to Luigi Circuit spammers.
Paul2377 3 years ago 2
Doesn't really work though, as more and more people have grown experienced and know how to play Rainbow Road.
Overhazard 3 years ago
Not that many in my experience. Admittedly, I'm a 3 star rank player, but I still find the majority aren't that good at Rainbow Road.
Paul2377 3 years ago
I usually see three or four people way out in front and everyone else struggling in the back, but there isn't any more of just that one experienced guy who's on the verge of lapping everyone else like how MKW began.

Oh Overhazard, is it not much to make a request for Mario on the Mahc Bike?
Significant for me as I got my 1st ever Wi-fi 1st Place there. (At Waluigi Stadium if you're curious)
