there are some cultures in south America (sorry i cant remember the name, somthing with an M) that still practice Bare-knuckles fighting in a real orginization. alot of Pride fighters train with them because its still probably the most intense and aggresive fighting today. they also get paid almost as much as some maincard UFC fights

This is just like the ufc when it first started.. No wait... The ufc was even crazier! Bare knuckles, no rounds, no weight classes, tournament style so if you wanted to be champ you had to beat 3 guys in one night. I think originally the only two rules were no biting and no eye gouging. Headbutting was allowed. kicking a downed opponent in the head was allowed. Yeah, the ufc used to be craaaaazzzy!

the only diffrent with bare knuckles is that you gonna crack more skin in your face. you will take less damage to your skulle in that way . You can't hit as hard with bare knuckles as with gloves. a wrong hit and your fingers are broken

A lot you guys know. gloves were introduced into boxing and fighting to protect the fighters hands. A badly broken hand or wrist could end a career. The problem is, now, ia fighter gets hit in the head a lot more..sometime over 100 times a fight..that results in brain damage over time. In bare knuckle, one or two punches often end the fight..resulting in less serious injuries. Mohammad Ali is an example. Along with thousands of other not famous boxers.

I have to say, I don't get the excitement behind bare knuckle. I mean, we had that in early days of UFC ya know? Its just MMA minus gloves, which means kicks, knees, elbows, holds, etc are still the exact same. Punches are the only difference. I train in Cincinnati, and from my experience, I'd rather take a bare knuckle than a glove. Gloves cover more surface area, and those pads aren't exactly soft. Just gonna lead to more broken hands imo.
