It's not a stage. It's what The_None's Giygas can do. It can teleport the opponent into death traps from Eternal Champions and if the opponent fails at the input minigame, that opponent will die.

What do other Elfen Lied characters being available have to do with this one's quality? That is a terrible excuse for poor quality. It's an edited Len called Hime Len by M3, the same guy who made XI Hotaru Futaba. You can select Rachel Alucard mode by holding Start while selecting her. Although in reality she doesn't have the Astral Finish text. It's treated as a Last-Arc Finish.
