  • Good editing, sir. Great Job. That was definitely a good P2 film. I'm shooting my final film soon! :)

  • (sniffle)....

  • I'm taking a guess that she took the job of a crossing guard as to stop what might have happened to her son?

It's just a guess though, i'm probably wrong.

    Amazing video.

  • She's an actress that our professor had used on various short films.

  • ohhhh! i was gonna say, shes very talented!

  • wow, that was sad. great editing and filming, but makes you think...

  • wow sad

  • that was very deep, and powerful. very good job guys

  • wow! very fine piece of work

  • wow... that was good... and a sad story...

  • Wow...I expected something funny but this was pretty powerful. Good job! I thought it was VERY well done. Nice.

  • was that a report or something???

  • A report? Not sure what you mean...This was a fictional character study for a Production class.

  • wat was this vid about?

  • An elderly lady who lost her son years ago and has illusions of his presence.

  • i missed the point o_o

  • Nicely done. was this a college project?

  • Thanks man. Yeah, this project was a character study for a Production II class at Columbia College in Chicago.

  • oh. did you guys choose to work together or were you guys randomly assigned?

  • Fortunately the professor allowed for group projects...otherwise these films can be pretty costly and not as well done. So I had this crossing guard idea that seemed doable, and three other friends that I've had classes with wanted to jump on the bandwagon and our professor was cool with that. So since this one worked out, we kept the same group for the next film, J-10. It definitely wouldn't have turned out as well if it was randomly assigned.

  • lucky! You got to work with Fronk n Dego! Theyre like my heros!

  • haha...i'm very lucky. They're great guys. Keep an eye on them. I'm pretty confident they're futures hold more than just YouTube videos!

  • very true. And i'll keep an eye on them lol. Ive been watching their videos for over a year now =P

  • definitely. i wish i was a big name ahole hollywood producer because i'd give them a check and a contract like yesterday.

  • Way to rock!

And I totally called Jake's voice.

    Luke said no.

    I was right.

    Bahahaha.

Great shift on the kid at the table. Love how that shot worked.

    ::jeR::

  • huh?

  • i don't get it

  • D'aw I get it.

    This is amazing.

  • umm i dont get it

  • She does that job because her kid died when there was no crossing guard. Someone hit her kid. Now she is a crossing guard to prevent it from happening again.

  • You're close :) Her son and husband actually died in a boating accident. If you listen to the sound design in the dining room scene you might catch the waves and the child talking about fishing and a storm. And she's a crossing guard simply becauses she misses her child. It's a little tough to catch, but I'm glad you like it!

  • Good work :)
