Hey man - Nice . I don't know MMA - I have done MT and a lot of boxing for quite a while but I think you have good power and energy. Im not a pro MMA fighter or anything so Just my Opinion - maybe slow things down a bit and focus more on your footwork and timing. Some really nice kicks toward the end btw. If you are just starting my advice to you would be - keep it simple when you first fight. ( i learnt that the very hard way) How is the MMA going? Just out of interest what weight you at?
thank you m8 appreciate it, this was bout 2 years ago. i had 2 cage fights set up but both unfortunately fell through, got another 2 set for this august. had a few small competitions here and there since this tho. but yea the thing was this was jus a bit of random sparrin i can be alot more technical etc if i need to be but cheers for the input :D
Ha Ha very poor. You mma kids really need to do some research on real traditional fighting systems. You all believe whatever TV tells you. You are brainwashed and naive. I would offer some advice but your understanding is so minimal that it would all go over your head. Do you know anything about proper bone structure, positioning, rootedness, timing, or footwork? Obviously not, and you never will if you continue training that mma tripe. Keep following the herd like a sheep to the slaughter.
tell u wat firstly this was a year and a half ago and it wasnt as technical as i cud have been it was just some random sparring i taped. secondly why dont u make a tape showin off ur amazing skills, oh yea thats cos ur some fat ass motherfuker who jus critiques eveyone else. and stop liking the traditional systems ass, jesus i like them to but ur just bein fuking stupid they were made hundreds of years ago, are people not allowed to make a hybrid style or change things. .
and look at boxers, they have changed their stance from the earlier days , u need to accept that its styles and people need to adapt and modify things to make them more efficent
10second break my ass, count it 1.2.. maybe you should go back to sesame street and ask big bird for a lesson. If he did a spinning back kick to an opponent, in which context im guessing your're commenting on, the opponent could not recover and strike again within 2 seconds. ;-)
Use elbows a bit more, but when you do, bring it down, almost over your head, as if your going to slice down the bag, this will make it easier to cut throught the opponents gloves
