It's one of the buffs that you get during the encounter. During this fight I only had like tier 7.5 equiv.

Oh im a healer so i wouldnt really know lol i barely look at the heals i get but i think i did remeber a couple like 30k heals (im a paladin haha)

hah yea, it was defenitly the buff that the flash frozen mobs give.
