I'm curious if I can get a silver fox as a pet and i know its now legal to own one but if I REALLY want one I'm going to have to find a breeder and work up the money, Faybee is a beautiful creature! And 14 years? Thats pretty good!
I know this is old but in indiana there is a breeder that has silver foxes. idk how you would get permission to move the fox from country to country. but if you need the breeders url pm me
I always held the belief that wild animals are much hardier than domestic, which may have also contributed to her longevity. She could also eat ANYTHING with no consequence.
well, I think ALL animals are wild actually. They're born like that. So, it's up to us to tame them if we want them as mates. I don't think it's harder and easier...just pick a cub and tame it, and that do the trick to me
Wow, she was socialized very well and obviously trusted you completely, especially for not being spayed. It's terrible that you lost her but living to be 14 obviously meant you put a lot of time into her well-being.
do you know of anywhere i can get a tamed fox?
