I`ve had Hans reichel as my ringtone for absolutely ages-He appeared on the launch programme for all night TV in the UK way back in 1981.And was just gorgeous...Marc,where do you get the stands et al for the dachsaphone?.

It's a very pleasant surprise to find this video Dan. I remember meeting Mark in 1999 when he and I were sharing a bill at the old iEAR performance series at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He got a big kick out of my springboard and it was my first face-to-face encounter with a daxophone since 1989 or '90, when Hans Reichel last performed in Chicago

Actually, with a little technique and sandpaper, you'll find the daxophone is no harder on your bow than steel viol strings.
