its fake, when you use bluetooth control on the nxt, it doesnt need a program to run for it to work. he already made the program on his comp and just practiced, then he made this vid. but you can download a control app (if your phone is supported) from lego.

Second time he pressed 5 on mobile the x was on nxt screen before he pressed.So i think it was all timing.
