The only other tack a detractor could use would be to assault the boy on grounds of character or integrity. I can vouch for both. JJ used to shoot in our gym (a private school just up the road from Cave Spring where he was reprimanded for being the only guy allowed to shoot around during study hall.) He cultivated a slight douche-bagishness and arrogance on the floor. He felt that, as a leader (which he always was) these two traits were necessities. I concur with that assessment as well.

Easily one of the greatest college basketball players ever to play the game. As an athlete (football/ baseball/ basketball) who views the (so-called) "League" as nothing more than glorified one-on-one where "Traveling" is tolerated and "Carrying" the basketball is encouraged; I cannot give the guy any greater complement. He had the purest stroke in basketball period and did the small things like...defend and make free throws.
