OF course it is. This wasn't a showcase of skill - it was meant strictly for humor purposes. After all, this was accomplished with a GameGenie code. This (along with the other videos in this mini-series) was never meant to show serious gameplay.

I'm pretty sure it's the only way, outside of the actual Magic Throw bug that Zangief has in the SFII arcade games. I don't know for sure if that bug made it to console or not (I don't think it did, but I cant swear to it or anything), but I liked the name and it's basically the same concept here, just GameGenie induced rather than bug induced, so...

They aren't hard. Just start with Toward, then move your joystick downward, then upward, and press punch. The moves don't require full 360 motions.

PAR codes. Combined, all you have to do is play as Zangief and push any attack button, be it punch or kick. Then, as long as Zangief goes into his Spinning Pile Driver, just sit back and watch. The CPU will simply die, as you'll be invincible during the animation of the Spinning Pile Driver.
