easy man, she or he is only asking for english sub. it happened to me before, i understand cantonese and a little bit of mandarin. and sometimes i feel like watching mandarin. nobody has a lot of time to learn a lot of language, there are: school's homework, houshold chores, and stuff..

All the time! its killing me and she stil tells me to learn more mandarin. my mom is crazy :S I am like mom I can't learn so many languages in once, but she doesnt understand. I am still learning cantonese and english, but she wants me to learn french next!
