Interesting. I saw only one "judge", denied jurisdiction, disagreed to contracting, took all of 10 minutes. I sealed my documents, forcing it into common law...and kept a record of it for my court (per law). I simply Declared and issued Writs, never went to my trial, and slapped down the bench warrant (attachment process by a creditor), and revocated any contracts, and declared all said contracts (including future) as executed, and not executory, and claimed my "person" (legally) as MY property.
No. They are FULLY trained in the current LEGAL system (equity/civil), and contracted to a federal corporation with state franchises, and to the "court" corporation they are in, and to the "city" (municipal corporation) or "county" (corporation), not to mention licensed (granted the right, contracted) by all of the above and also.....the BAR Association. They have ZERO training in the actual law- Common Law. Which makes our duties MUCH easier. They cannot play!
No. They are not inadequately trained. You are inadequately trained. You are looking at the Appellate record, which the clerk's office prepares, based on the records that the attorneys (or litigants if self-represented) tell it to include. They don't include every last little thing if you don't ask them to. There is a process and a procedure for it. People lose appeals over it. Sorry. Bad "taktics", guy!
Ricardo The courts are not there to serve us. They are structured to extort money from the public. Judges and magistrates will bend, (what we consider the rules), to make their illusion continue. The cops compete to get another notch on their belt without genuine concern for your safety. The best thing you can do is structure your life so you never enter these corrupt courts. The judges know what they are doing, but they count on your ignorance.
The entire court system is corrupt. Adequately trained would only serve them better not you. The Police, Attorneys, and Judges all work with and for eachother to perpetuate their own jobs. They don't know the laws nor follow them. They are only administrators of the police state.
Like the quote in the underwear bar, TG. And yeah - makes you wonder, doesn't it? If the Glendale courts make a habit of fouling up paperwork, maybe it would be the basis for a class-action lawsuit or something?
yes. and they're thieves. Keep on the offence bro. Shove it up their ass. Arrest their bond. File complants. Anything to make them suffer. Like they do to us.
"They make the record disappear, along with motions." - You are giving them way too much credit. What you showed in your video is not evidence of them covering anything up. It's proof that their system is full of idiots that can do anything right. If you are right, that's really scary. But I'm confident you are giving them credit for something they surely did on accident. You obviously read and scrutinize everything you get from them, and they have to know that, so why would they even TRY?
that for profit corporation needs to make sure it's shareholders get a return on thier investment. Minimal training ensures to weed out the people with a conscience in policy enforment, allthought a self inflicted curse of debt in most cases supercedes
you may want to check out marcstevens [dot] net. He has the same stuff on his site too. He's head of the free state project you may get some good tactical advice. But it's obvious the corruption is deep, and you caught them and they want it to just go away.
It was once told to me during some training that : "The truth has no presence during court, or in the court room. You might "know" something to be the truth, but the PROOF is what wins the case. I could slap each and everyone of you in this room in the face and write a report that makes YOU out to be the aggressor. Leave the truth out of the court and worry about the PROOF. Prove that something happend." With that logic get as much of a paper trail as you can dude. keep it up.
Hell, no, they're not inadequately trained. They're criminals.

Are they adequately trained? They are very well trained in the art of deception, fraud and twisting the rules in their favor.
