i had no idea hockey had any popularity over there. does england have a national team? Are the tickets there just as ridiculously expensive as the tix here in Boston? (it's like $100 if you want a good seat against a good team)

Its gaining more popularity all the time, crowds are improving all the time. My team the Nottingham Panthers are the best supported team in Britain(we average around 5,500 - 6,000 fans a game.) We don`t have an English team as such, its a great Britain team. The tickets are reaily affordable, around £16.00(which would be about $32.00 - $40.00 in your money)
