The "whee woo whee" bit made me giggle. But that's how it is because Northern Downpour is right after "I Have Friends In Holy Places" and if you listen to the end of that song, you'll hear the beginning of Northern Downpour. And they are doing the "whee woo whee"... but it's actually "Hey moon." Sorry, dude, I had to correct you on it. D: I'm a Panic fan. But it can be very well mistaken as "whee woo whee" or whatever that was. <3
