It's EZ... All you do is recording video and audio at the same time.
When you done recording, up load the video to your computer,
don't up load the audio from your video camera, just the video. Then you have to sync the audio & video.
Take your time syncing them up, you'll want to get it right befor you save it.
I use imovie on my MAC. Good luck bro.
